Wildflowers For Karen

Posted on May 21, 2018 by Charlie

Dear friends,

I failed to mention whether flowers are okay, and a couple people asked.

Actually, wildflowers are the theme, so flowers are welcome. One of Karen’s last wishes was to see her wildflowers come up again. They have just started coming up, so Karen was able to admire the first ones of the season. I added a pic a few posts back on the day of our adventure outside. Karen liked wildflowers the best, but admired a variety of “normal” flowers too. If you choose something that makes you think of her, you can’t go wrong. But please do not feel an obligation to send anything.

Charlie, you and Karen BLESSED my life from the moment I met you just ordering supplies. Every time I talked with Karen was a Blessing because there was always so much joy in her voice. It was as though we had known each other for ever. Please know that my heart and Prayers continue for you and everyone at MCR. YOU AND KAREN WERE PLACED IN MY LIFE BY GOD. Glenda

    Charlie,

I have been out of the country and just now seeing this. With my deepest sorrow I read your post and know my thoughts are with you. I am sure she is walking with the most beautiful wild flowers. May the angels wrap their wings around you to provide you comfort. I will attend the memorial and will try to attend the fire afterwards but can not stay too long as I have committed to help another in need between 8:00-10:00. My prayers of comfort to you Charlie and both of your families.
