Karen felt better by morning, and has improved through the day. Her first appointment of the day was with a hematologist. The infusion has gone much more smoothly tonight, so far. She’s about four hours into it and just ate a light dinner. This is a big improvement over last night where she couldn’t keep anything down. What a difference a little Advil makes! Plus, the timing was key.
I’ll probably not follow up again tonight, but wanted to make a quick update to let everybody know that today went quite a bit better.
